Tritech is seeking Client Services Support Analysts from junior to intermediate levels. We will train.
Requirements:
As Client Services Support Analyst, your challenge will be to provide an excellent level of service to a broad range of clients. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are required coupled with the ability to adapt quickly and handle new situations. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting clients on all aspects of our software systems. The candidates must have excellent communication skills appropriate for providing telephone and web support to our clients. In addition, the candidates must feel comfortable with speaking in front of groups for training sessions and presentations. Experience with Windows, MS Office and P&C insurance knowledge are required. You must be available to work from our offices in Bolton, Ontario.
